Shipments and returns
Roota.be uses the services of DHL and the parcel service Colissimo of La Poste France for its deliveries to Belgium, Luxemburg and to the geographical areas proposed on this website.
To view the general and specific conditions of these two service providers, please refer to articles 11 and 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be shipped the next working day.
For Belgium and Luxemburg, delivery times are approximately 3 days excluding weekends and holidays. For other EU countries, please refer to articles 11 and 12 of our Terms and Conditions and Sale.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical areas. Delivery times are given only as an indication.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via MONDIAL RELAY to your selected pick up point or home delivery via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer a different service provider for delivery, please contact us on email@example.com. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
